Artist/Curatorial Statement
Morning Sky is part of the Colour Preview Collection which consists of three concepts that transform a forest made of bird motifs by exploring variable colour applications. I have changed the mood and character in each version of the art.
Each of the three concepts in the Collection are a limited edition of four, entitled Morning Sky, Twilight Sky and Blazing Sky. The forest of birds is meant to metaphorically remind us of the connections and unique qualities of everything that is part of a forest. At the same time, it emphasizes the importance of each individual aspect of all life connected and integral to each other on Mother Earth. In other words, we must protect our environment.
