Artist/Curatorial Statement
When I was working with a publisher in Vancouver I was asked to come up with some temporary tattoo designs: a frog, a bear, a wolf, and a moon.
This panel depicts different the phases of the moon: the quarter moon, half moon, full moon etc. Phases of the Moon was a fun and challenging way to show
the reflection of the moon in a different way.
The moon is respected as the guardian of earth and controller of the tides.
