Salish Weave Box Set III

Box Set III include works from artists whose works are also part of Box Set I and/or II. Eight designs of these prints have also been rendered as painting on paper, on canvas and on hide. Maynard Johnny’s Flight on paper, Summer Catch on canvas and InSight  titled Eagle Drum on hide, lessLIE’s CommuniTIES on paper and Cultural ConunDRUM on hide, Luke Marston’s New Day on hide, and Dylan Thomas’ The Moon and the Pond on canvas are also works of the Salish Weave Collection.

lessLIE’s large wHOLE W(((h)))orl(((d))) painting on canvas is part of the collection of indigenous art at the National Gallery of Canada.

Susan Point’s serigraph Celebration of Life was on display during the Susan Point: Spindle Whorl exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery in the spring of 2017.
