Places of British Columbia
Places of British Columbia is an art display curated by the Salish Weave Collection and installed at Government House, the Ceremonial Home of all British Columbians, and the official residence of the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia. It includes 13 screen prints (serigraphs) by renowned Coast Salish artist Susan Point and two by emerging artist and son of Susan, Thomas Cannell.
These places are either home of the artists or places visited by the artists and have inspired imagery that reflects the feeling of a place.
Note that this art display will not be available for viewing while Government House is closed for renovations.
